I am a Child & Youth Worker, Certified Child & Youth Counsellor, Registered Reiki Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, and your #1 Cheerleader for this part of your journey.

You are an incredible human being who is multidimensional... You have a physical body, a mental body, an emotional body, and a spiritual body. I have learned that by embracing a multitude of modalities and thought processes, I was able to discover what worked for me... as a whole person. I would love to share what I know and guide you as you discover all of the incredible things that work for you as you discover your own Pure Potential.
