Welcome to Pilates Bodies by Dina, a spacious, Private and Yen FULL SERVICE Pilates Core Conditioning and Functional Training Studio in Richmond Hill, just north of Toronto. Pilates Bodies offers a variety of Pilates Matwork, Reformer, Stability Chair,Suspension Yogalates & Functional Training classes with a 8:1 ratio teacher/client setting, mixing an assortment of core-focused exercise techniques, including, Stott Pilates, Classical Pilates, Gyrokenesis, Garuda, Yamuna Body Rolling, Vertical Pilates, Inversion& Suspension Training. Each and every class is a fun, unique and challenging experience. Our small class sizes ensure an Inviting, Caring and Personalized experience. Each client’s skills and abilities are carefully assessed to ensure that clients are placed in a Level-appropriate class – from Beginners to Advanced Pilates Bodies. Our 8-week sessions enable our clients to progress and improve their skills in a "family like" environment. A very high percentage of our clientele have been together in classes for over 8 years. We customize programs for all levels of sports teams or individual athletes.
