Held at the Nepean Sportsplex from 10am -2pm, this will be a FREE interactive day for seniors, caregivers, and children of aging parents; to engage with the many amazing community resources and organizations we have in Ottawa.

Presentations, clinics and a fabulous silent auction!

Our charity of choice is the OutCare Foundation, supporting palliative care across Eastern Ontario.

In lieu of admission, if you can help, we will be gratefully accepting donations for the OutCare Foundation.
