Open Studios 5.08

Through its history Open Studios has hosted a number of artists, collectives and arts groups that have been instrumental in the electronic music and media scene within Vancouver and beyond. Having housed the likes of organizations such as the New Forms Festival, Wagon Repair, Bent Matter, We Have Friends, Homebreakin and Mainsocial, as well as the studio for such artists and community members as Mathew Jonson, Todd Shillington, Ben Nevile, Mario Glavacic, Ben Reeder, Jesse Fisk, Malcolm Levy, Mike McSuede, James Boatman, Cedric Meister, Josh Bartholomew, Jonny Aiello, Matt Reeder, Genki Neshida, Craig Mullin and Neighbour the studio has been a mainstay of the city for the past 10 years. In addition the studio has hosted hundreds of events involving artists from around the globe, local film productions, artist run centres and collectives.
