Founder Carol John has always had an interest and passion for cooking healthy made from scratch foods since the 1980's, as she truly believes cooking for her family was providing them love from the inside out.

In 1993 she was thrown into the unknown world of cooking Gluten free for one of her children, who was diagnosed with Celiac Sprue which at that time little was known about this disease or the dietary concerns.

She dove in and developed a good tasty selection of gluten free treats and meals for her family member, experimenting with what was available at that time.

As the years went on Carol was often asked for her advice and for recipes for cooking as others began to investigate Gluten Free options.

Her passion of cooking wholesome homemade meals and with dietary concerns, became the building block of Carol's vision of becoming a Nutritionist so she could help others achieve positive results within their own families and themselves.

Now after raising her 3 wonderful daughters and the love and support from her family, Nutritionally Yours has arrived!

Nutritionally Yours offers Personal nutrition / Wellness coaching sessions, Grocery shopping tours, Budget friendly cooking class sessions, Lunch N Learn for corporate and organization presentations.
