Young artists in NCES are creating spectacular pieces everyday - masks, rattles, paddles, plaques, regalia, and other significant artwork. More importantly, they are making changes in the way they feel about themselves and their community. Their artwork is in high demand, both locally and nationally.

Dozens of people have been coming forward with suggestions, ideas and requests for programming that builds upon the existing carving program. We are looking for advice and direction as we move forward...
