As you might of already guessed, Norm's Frame Alignment & Custom Works is owned and operated by a guy named Norm - Norm Phillips to be exact.

After spending 20 years working in the auto industy, in 2014 Norm decided it was time to open his own auto shop in Nanaimo, BC. His concept is simple, a local auto shop that provides personable service, custom modifications and quality repairs.

Owner/operator Norm Phillips believes Norm's is more than just a name... it's a standard of auto excellence. The work that comes out of his shop is personally inspected and given a sign of approval by Norm himself. Friendly, quality, reliable service, everytime.
