Pilates: is about reeling it in! Training the body in a controlled and efficient manner. The core muscles are utilized in each exercise to allow the body to move more effectively and achieve results. Pilates is performed on a mat, Reformer, and can be used throughout your training regimes.

JOGA: An athletic-based style of yoga that improves upon your mobility and stability in the body. Various breathing techniques are used to increase focus and performance in your particular sport or workouts. The principles of PILATES balance very well with the principles of JOGA. Classes, small group or individual training is offered in my home or satellite locations.
