Open Monday-Friday: 8:30-16:30. The National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation (NCTR) was created to preserve the memory of Canada’s Residential School system and legacy. Not just for a few years, but forever.
Officially opening in the fall of 2015, the NCTR will be the permanent home for all statements, documents, and other materials gathered by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada (TRC).
For more information, please visit us at nctr,ca, send us an email at NCTR@umanitoba.ca, or give us a call at 204-474-6069 (1-855-415-4534 toll free). A National Residential Crisis Line has been set up to provide support for former students: 1-866-925-4419.
