Not trying to be rude but I have a had a few of them and hoping this makes my clients remember there appointment or at least call ahead of time so I can re schedule clients as I am booking up fast and others want to get in. and I have kids at home who would rather me be doing stuff with them if I don't have to work! thanks for understanding!

Cancelations are definetly acceptable with me and undertand that things come up! Thats life for you. But it would be very much appreciated if you would let me no at your earliest convience.

As of imedetly I will no longer work with another nail techs work. I will not fill others work as the product can be different from what I use. If you want me to take nails off and start fresh if the product isnt mine it will be an xtra charge and will need to book more time. I cannot guarantee my product will work with anothers.
