Minasview Bait & Tackle Shop 2.16

Minasview Bait & Tackle Shop is a seasonal business supplying bait and tackle predominately for the fishing of striped bass (stripers). We can supply anglers with a wide variety of angling necessities including: fishing rods from various suppliers, boat or trolling rods, spinning rods, open face trolling reels, such as Penn, Rapala, etc. and large spinning reels suitable for landing large striped bass. We fabricate our own end tackle leaders in 100 lb. mono and abrasion resistant coated braided stainless steel leaders. Also available have a wide variety of hooks in a multitude of sizes, styles, and suppliers, such as Eagle Claw, Mustad, etc. A variety of fishing line is available at reasonable prices, including traditional monofilament and high tech braided line, once again from various manufacturers. Of course, you will need sinkers, swivels, etc. We also carry a selection of fillet knives, light sticks, and some fresh water poles, reels, hooks and tackle, as well.

Of course you will need bait for your fishing fun and we carry a variety of bass bait, as well as night crawlers (dew worms).

A one stop shop to outfit you for striped bass fishing on the Minas Basin, located about 3 miles from Walton on Highway #215.
