Primrose Gardens is the newest independent living apartment building on the Menno Place campus. Opened in 2010, it is a vibrant community of seniors with an average age of 83 years. Monthly rent starts at $2100 / month and includes the noon meal and two Bistro snacks in the morning and afternoon. The Menno Place campus BC's largest campus-of-care with over 700 residents living in 6 buildings on 1.5 acres. It is situated directly north of the new Abbotsford Regional Hospital.
