Meadowvale Theatre is Mississauga’s only purpose-built performing arts facility, owned and operated by the City.

The 395-seating capacity theatre features a large lobby with art exhibition space and licensed bar areas, dressing rooms, rehearsal hall, and reception facilities. We are proud of the rich heritage thriving community theatre organizations have provided by calling this theatre home since it opened in 1989.

Capacity audiences and loyal theatre goers have experienced all aspects of the performing arts including music, drama, comedy, dance, and music theatre. In addition, many well known local and regional visual artists have proudly displayed their creative works, schools have brought students to enrich their education, families have watched their teenagers come of age and cultural groups have promoted their many exciting events.
