I have always had an interest in the biomechanics and functions of the body, how all aspects of it are interconnected, and the positive and negative effects we can have on it. To continue my education I attended the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy which provided me with the tools to help others discover these things as well.

I am an avid horseback rider and have competed, trained, and coached for many years. I have also dealt with the plethora of both traumatic and chronic injuries that come along with the sport. I have a great interest in helping other athletes recover from injury or cope with chronic pain in their own lives.

I have always been an advocate for standing up for what is important to you. As a Massage Therapist I enable my clients to take charge of their health and to discover what works for them. I use a dynamic approach to massage therapy and use multiple techniques to achieve success with your health in a way that works best for you.

I am of the opinion that we should always strive to better ourselves. Every decision you make has an impact on your well-being. Everyone’s journey for wellness will be different and will have its own struggles and triumphs. If I can help in assisting people continue on their journey, I will have succeeded.
