WHAT I DO: I specialize in helping busy and successful women entrepreneurs create life balance and harmony. I teach them how to achieve more, in less time with less effort.
As a seamless compliment, I also offer Style Coaching(TM) services. I teach dressing, shopping, styling, & grooming skills as well as provide confidence coaching.

WHO I WORK WITH: I work with women entrepreneurs typically between the ages of 30-60 yrs. The women I work with are sick and tired of sacrificing themselves, their health and their relationships for the sake of their business. They are noticing that their life imbalance is causing them to cope in dysfunctional ways: overeating, abusing alcohol, not sleeping, emotions in the driver seat and not appropriately asserting themselves. They want success in all areas of their lives. They want to be in joy, on purpose and prosper in their business, but they also want to spend time with their loved ones and on themselves. They strive for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. And, they want to look good on the outside as well as feel good on the inside.

WHY IT WORKS: The Law of Attraction is working for you or not wether you are aware of it or not. Our thoughts and feelings are energy. The Law of Attraction states that whatever you focus on you attract and grows. If you can learn to harness the power of the Law of Attraction and all the other Universal Laws you can achieve more, in less time, with less effort. And, by teaching you how to master your emotions by practicing mindfulness, being interpersonally effective, experiencing your emotions effectively and managing stress well, you are even better equipped at using the Universal Laws to create the life you want. By using an inside/out approach, your true beauty shines.

WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: I teach people how to grow and succeed with joy. We have all learned lessons and grown the hard way. But, growing and succeeding does not have to be painful. I walk my talk by applying all the principles & skills I teach to create health, relationship and business success. I build relationships on trust & value connection. I create a safe space by being fully present and nonjudgmental. I am skilled at keeping people focused. I have a Masters in Social Work and worked as a psychotherapist teaching people Emotional Intelligence/Mastery.

I have used the Law of Attraction in my own life to release close to 70 lbs and keep it off. With the Universal Laws I attracted my wonderful husband, James. I am currently working with it to create an amazing career. In fact, I use it to create harmony in all areas of my life. And, I am thankful as I lead a blessed life.
