Lotus Blooms Yoga 2.13

To me, the Lotus flower suggests that through learning to be present, through acceptance, perseverance, non-judgement and sincerity, we provide ourselves with the tools to "blossom" into our best selves. Yoga has been one of those tools for me! As a certified RYT 200 Teacher, I believe movement and breath work help us to be more active and present in our daily lives.
