Having a baby is the biggest moment in a persons life!

A Birth Doula provides education and knowledge, but most importantly, continuous support to both mom and partner.
Studies have shown that having a Birth Doula can decrease the use of interventions and caesarean section and also help mothers view their birth experience as more positive.

Once a baby is brought in to the world, all the momma's focus is now on the baby. The partner is focused on trying to help with mom and baby and everything else, but this is when a Doula comes in!
A Postpartum Doula helps with everything after birth for the first 3 months of this new life. With knowledge and research, the doula can help answer any questions the parents might have, offer a listening ear and companionship, support in whatever way is helpful including play with older siblings and helping them adjust, making snacks and meals, light house work, and helping mom to figure out how to begin accomplishing these tasks independently.
