The City of Leduc has an integrated fire service that provides ambulance service, patient transport and traditional fire services. Our department has a long history in fire fighting and community involvement.
Currently, Leduc Fire Services is made up of full and part-time members serving the community from:
- Fire House 1 (4119 - 50th Street)
- Fire House 2 (4901 69th Street).
Our fire department provides service to a population base of over 31,000 and to rural areas around Leduc. Services provided to the community and region include:
- Fire suppression and rescue
- Extrication from motor vehicle collisions
- Emergency Medical Services (Advanced Life Support)
- Dangerous Goods Response (first responder level)
- Water Rescue (surface)
- Ice Rescue
- Fire Prevention and Education
- EMS Public Education
- Fire Investigations
