Dr. Safana Ladak has been serving the health care needs of the people of Brampton since 2005. She obtained her Hons BSc from the University of Toronto, followed by her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from New York Chiropractic College in 2004.
Dr. Ladak provides safe and effective treatments for nerve, muscle and joint disorders, including low back pain, sciatica, arthritis, headaches, and shoulder pain.
In her practice she utilizes a variety of chiropractic techniques, which include Activator, Thompson Drop technique and Diversified. Soft tissue techniques include passive stretches, active release technique (ART) and trigger point therapy. In addition she performs various physiotherapy techniques including laser therapy, ultrasound and interferential current.
