Kyle Clarke earned his Real Estate License in 2013. Since then he has worked with and learned for some of the industry top agents and coaches to enhance his understanding of the real estate market and all aspects of real estates.

A long-time resident of Halifax NS, Kyle sells and purchases residential and commercial properties in Halifax, Dartmouth, Sackville, Bedford and surrounding areas of HRM. Specializing in First Time Home buyers and Multi- family building, he has the expertise necessary to assist his clients as they realize their real estate goals. He uses the latest internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level. Despite Kyles extensive experience, he believes that education is paramount and in order to stay on the cutting edge of his industry, he attends as much training as he can, traveling across Canada to meet with top trainers.

Kyle excelled at Mactech Colleges Computerized Business Management course, graduating with 93% honors only to moving in to real estate, where he studied at NSAR (Nova Scotia Association Of Realtors) to earn his license. Kyle continues to educate himself by talking a minimum of 4 courses a year with NSAR. Throughout his career Kyle has been honored to receive many awards including Agents pick and Managers choice within his brokerage.

Kyle is a member in good standing of the NSREB (Nova Scotia Real Estate Board), NSAR (Nova Scotia Association Of REALTORS®), CREA (Canadian Real Estate Association) in addition to MLS (Multiple Listing Service).

Kyle feels that being a REALTOR® is about more than joining professional associations, he believes REALTORS® should be involved in the community in many capacities from volunteering with Special Olympics to Organizing community events.
