As every person is unique I take a very individualized approach to health care with each client. I utilize clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture, traditional chinese medicine and lifestyle counseling to help clients to reach their optimal health and not just to alleviate illness. I feel that it is important to educate and empower clients to make informed and healthy lifestyle decisions. My practice is focused on family health care with a special interest in digestive health, allergies and sensitivities, weight loss, women's health, pregnancy and pediatric health.
