Sprott Shaw Language College (SSLC) is a leading English language school in Canada with campuses in Victoria, Vancouver, Surrey, and Toronto. SSLC offers a variety of English courses such as; TOEFL and TOEIC test preparation, IELTS test preparation, FCE and CAE Cambridge test preparation.

Alongside our College and University Pathway programs, SSLC also offers Business English, Powerspeaking and Modern Media programs for those who want to go further with their education in Canada. For students wishing to study in a post-secondary institution, SSLC has partnered with more than 40 colleges and universities. SSLC goes the extra mile by assisting students with applications and academic preparation.

For teenagers and other youth, SSLC offers Vacation (Summer & Winter) Camps. These camps combine fun and learning which makes for a memorable experience.

SSLC offer a customized ESL Skill Combined curriculum, that is unique and allows students to learn English based on their individual needs. Students can also choose an ESL Skill Combined English teaching method . We suggest that our students try out both teaching methodologies while studying at our Vancouver and Toronto locations.

Students can also choose from a variety of certificates and diplomas once they have achieved an intermediate level English competency. SSLC's sister school, Sprott Shaw College, provides further diploma options including Business Management and a Co-op (study and work with 20 hour off campus work permit), TESOL Teachers Training and Interpreting and Translation.

We understand that learning English is not just about the language, it is also about the experience. We offer students in-house activity coordinators to assist students with where to go, what to do and how to do it!
