I am a Ph.D. student in General Psychology at Walden University. I am a Master of Counselling Psychology via Athabasca University and I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I am a professional member of the Canadian Psychological Association and am a Qualifying Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.I am also a professional member of the OACCPP (Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists, and Psychotherapists).
I am now published in the Canadian Journal of Counselling and Psychotherapy for my literature review on the topic of voluntarily childless couples.
I have experience working with the LGBTQ community as well as issues relating to Sexuality and Alternative sexual lifestyles. Additionally, I have experience working with relationship issues, issues of sports injury, Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Grief, Depression, Seasonal Affective Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, self-harm and others.

I am psychodynamic and typically adhere to the practice of Time Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy. I am greatly moved by the theories of Carl Jung with regard to individuation, dreams, shadow work, and synchronicity.
I am also familiar with Solution Focused and Positive Psychology. I am committed to anti-oppressive practice, freedom from judgment or marginalization and, empowerment.
