Dr. Marshall specializes in the treatment of osteoarthritis particularly the knees, all the way from initial stages to end-stage, where joint replacement is required. He serves the division of Orthopedic Surgery’s Arthritis Program, Part of the University Health Network.
Author of over 100 abstracts and articles on osteoarthritis in medical journals including Osteoarthritis and Cartilage, The Journal of Rheumatology and Journal of Orthopaedic Research, Dr. Marshall has a special interest in sports medicine as well. Dr. Marshall is also the co-founder of Gene News, an Ontario research organization with the sole purpose of identification of novel therapeutic targets for osteoarthritis.
