I grew up in Colombia and became a citizen of Canada 12 years ago. An Accountant by education, I decided to turn things around and dedicate the rest of my life to being a fitness professional. I have been training for the last 5 years religiously, and have educated myself in many different aspects of fitness and healthy living – I am passionate about my own transformation and others. I am a CanfitPro Personal Trainer Specialist, C.O.R.E Cycling Instructor (indoor and outdoor) and CPR certified. I enjoy attending workshops at one of the largest luxury gyms in the world, Equinox, learning new techniques and new approaches to fitness and exercise.

I hope to inspire people, and help them understand that healthy living is an easy thing to do when you have the proper guidance and inspiration.
