Johnny Piez opened in 2007 with a unique new concept for the Windsor area known as take n bake. This concept took a while to catch on but eventually it became a huge hit and the main reason for our success here. After purchasing a larger oven to accommodate cooked pizzas as well as take n bakes, we also added the option of King size (football field) and Queen size (square) pizzas. In 2010 a new bakery opened up next to us, Healthy Creations specializing in Gluten-Free products. Since then we have proudly partnered up with them and have supplied Gluten-Free pizzas for any one in need. We take the utmost care into our gluten-free pizzas to avoid any cross contamination to prevent any allergic reactions.
