Jessica Van Alten, R.Ac - Registered Acupuncturist 2.23

Greetings!

I am enthusiastic to be moving my practice to Absolute Therapy Clinic at The Oak Bay Junction. I feel honoured to be joining such an established team of amazing practitioners of all modalities.
Here's a little about myself and my practice of acupuncture. Over the past seven years while living here in Victoria, I have been studying and practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine. I completed my diploma of Acupuncture at Pacific Rim College, and became a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) in 2015. During my studies, I observed, learned and put to practise many of the Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities while working with expert Doctors, Teachers and TCM Professionals.

As an Acupuncturist my goal is to help facilitate harmonic balance within each individual through body, mind and spirit. A holistic approach is key to my practise and I use a focused and gentle technique when applying treatment to each individual. I believe we are all unique beings and therefore, as the ancient Chinese saying goes “There are many treatments for one disease”.
