Jesse Kirkham has over 10 years’ experience providing advice and guidance to individuals and business leaders in various fields.

While working for the Canadian Federal Government, Jesse advised management in such areas as legislative requirements, labour disputes, disciplinary hearings, harassment investigations, change management, conflict resolution, mediation and employee performance management. Through this role, Jesse developed the skills of a coach and mentor. Often times, it was through his coaching and mentoring methods that real progress was made while dealing with specific issues being experienced by the management he worked with.

Today, Jesse divides his time between managing a successful investment/insurance brokerage and providing strategic coaching and mentoring to various individuals, specifically those involved in the Network Marketing industry.

Many individuals associated with various Network Marketing companies, at all levels, have benefited from Jesse’s passion and skills as a coach and mentor. He is able to push past the obvious and assist those he works with by drawing out their true obstacles and put them on a path that inspires and motivates them for life success.
