I am a graduate of Georgian College with an Honours Diploma in Massage Therapy and became registered with The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in 2009.

My program included training in theory and hands on therapeutic techniques to treat a variety of musculoskeletal and joint conditions as well as injuries. I have developed effective assessment skills, treatment plans, and remedial exercise programs to successfully treat patients with varying ailments, as well as expectant mothers.

I have been operating my own massage therapy practice in Owen Sound since December 2009 and I am still accepting new patients. Since being in practice I have treated a wide variety of conditions. Everything from repetitive strain injuries, chronic postural issues to pre-natal massage. In addition to this I have a number of clients who enjoy coming in for stress relief. In 2013, I was voted Favourite Registered Massage Therapist in Grey-Bruce
