Hello and Welcome to my Facebook page. I am a Holistic Health Practitioner offering Yoga, Shamanic Services, and Acutonics® to clients in my local area.

A Holistic Health Practitioner honors all aspects of a client's experience, taking into consideration and engaging your physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual needs. My goal is to meet you where you are on your personal healing journey, to support you in realizing and reclaiming your zest for life.

My Yoga training includes Teacher Training, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, and Pain Care Yoga. My Shamanic training includes The Way of The Shaman, Basic Training with the Foundation of Shamanic Studies (FSS); the Two-Week Shamanic Healing Intensive with the FSS; Part 1, 2, & 3 of Shamanic Healing on Behalf of Others and the World with Sandra Ingerman; and Sound as Medicine with Purdie Wood. I've also studied sound healing system of Acutonics®, Level 1 & 2, with Dr. Eeka King. I also hold certification as a Food and Spirit® practitioner, Reiki practitioner, Positive Psychology Coach, and Deathwalker. I am grateful for opportunities to continuously further my study of the holistic healing arts. I am currently enrolled in the FSS Three Year Advanced Initiation in Shamanic Healing, as well as Level 3 of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy.

Healing is our birthright, and yet it is also a journey. I am greatly inspired by the holistic nature of my work, to share it with others. My skillset and deep compassion enable me to offer personalised, effective and dynamic support and care to those I have the honor of working with.
