Welcome!

The idea for izzy bella was born following the birth of my daughter and named in remembrance of my late Great-Grandmother and my daughter who also shares her name. I have always enjoyed crafts and sewing, but with the addition of my daughter to the family it gave me reason to create cute girly accessories that couldn’t be found in a store! Not to say, that my son hasn’t also enjoyed and requested many a homemade item from me as well. To me, nothing is more special than a hand-crafted one of a kind item made with love.

I have decided to start izzy bella with a few of my handcrafted items including headbands, baby/toddler infinity scarves and toggle blankets. I am very much looking forward to this new venture in my life!

Located in New Hamburg, Ontario all izzy bella items are crafted with high quality materials and great attention to detail is given to ensure a high-end handcrafted item made in Canada!

I am also happy to work with you to create a custom order that you may have in mind.

PURCHASES

Should you wish to make a purchase, please see below the options that izzy bella currently has available to you.

ETSY – Visit the izzy bella Etsy page where you can see many of the items that I also have available to you on the Facebook page. You may select your item(s) directly from this page and make your payment through Etsy. Please note that Etsy accepts Paypal, Electronic Money Transfer and Credit Cards.

FACEBOOK – I also have placed available items should you wish to purchase on the izzy bella Facebook page. Please comment directly on the item(s) that you wish to purchase. I will respond to confirm receipt of your comment and request that you send a Private Message or email to izzybellathreads@gmail.com to arrange payment and shipping. Please note that I am able to accept cash, cheque or Electronic Money Transfer.

SHIPPING

All izzy bella items are ready for shipment within 3 to 5 business days (Monday thru Friday) following receipt of your payment and shipped via Canada Post by regular mail. Please note that tracking and insurance is not included via regular mail and therefore, izzy bella cannot be responsible for any lost items in the mail. Should you wish to track or add insurance to your purchase I would be happy to arrange an alternative shipping method with you.

Approximate shipping times within Canada are 3 -10 business days depending on your location. Please keep in mind that shipping times can vary around the holiday season and may be slightly longer than normal.

If you live locally and wish to arrange for local pick-up please advise at time of payment so that we can make arrangements.

If you live outside of Canada, I would be happy to work with you to arrange international shipping. Please contact me at izzybellathreads@gmail.com so that we may work together to make suitable arrangements.

Please note that custom orders may take longer based on the request. I will be happy to confirm processing time once we have confirmed your custom order.

Refunds and Exchanges

It is very important to me that you are satisfied with your handcrafted purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your item please contact me so that we can work together to ensure that you are satisfied. As such, please contact me within 4 days of receiving your order to discuss return arrangements. Should a refund need to be issued, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and the refund will be issued once I have received your returned item(s) provided they are in excellent, unused condition.

Please note that izzy bella does its best to package items to prevent any damage during shipping, but if your item is damaged upon receipt due to shipping, please contact me immediately. I would be happy to work with you to replace the damaged item.

Cancellations

All izzy bella orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Once your item(s) have been shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Please note that due to the nature of custom items, custom orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If the item you have purchased is a gift and you would like sent directly to the recipient, I would be happy to wrap the package for the occasion as well as provide a gift note from you.

As every item purchased from izzy bella is handcrafted and therefore unique and original, please note that colours and textures may vary slightly due to material availability and computer monitor colour settings.
