Martial Arts School in Sydney, Sydney River and Glace Bay, Cape Breton.

Classes include

After School Program in Sydney and Sydney River and Glace Bay - Elementary Age children- SPACES AVAILABLE

Children and Adult TaeKwondo(Sydney, Sydney River and Glace Bay)- whether it be for fun and fitness or competitive training we have classes for anyone ages 4 and up

Children and Adult Judo(Sydney River only) - Ages 4 and up. JUDO only training facility with the exception of after school.

Jujitsu(Sydney river )- Ages 14 and up

TOT SPOT(Sydney River)- playgroup for children ages 9 months- 2 . register now. sessions are Wednesdays at 945- 11. 45minute play time, 15 minute circle time, 15 minute snack provided by us!!

Busy Bee Camps- 8 week sessions- must be registration in advance. Call 902-562-1494 OR INBOX HERE for more details. For ages 3 and 4.

WOMENS TAEKWONDO- NOt Currently Running until November
