Details

India Village opened its first location in Ancaster in 2007 and serves traditional dishes from India. Owner Jackie has been featured in the Hamilton Spectator as well as other local arts magazines. Chef Nick Bhalesar has been featured on the Morning Show with Matt Hayes on CH11. He showcases his talents during cooking lessons and demonstrations for the GO Cooking Program at the Hamilton Spectator, as well as giving cooking lessons at the restaurant.
