IMcommunity was created by experiencing first hand, the remarkable generosity of strangers. After a near death accident in Northern Laos, the founder of IMcommunity was nursed back to health by a community of Thai strangers that had next to nothing but family and faith. The unrequited experience has led Andrea down a relentless path of creating opportunities for individuals in developing countries such as implementing lunch programs, school programs, and now business development. The IMcommunity initiative was created to support communities of people who would not typically see an income or have an opportunity to share their talents with the world.

The concept snowballed with a pay-it-forward initiative that also carried the community focus back to Canada. IMcommunity provides a unique, heartfelt experience for Canadians to be integral members of their communities by hosting or attending a private event at our venue. 15% of event profits are allotted to a charity of the hosts choice, or can be turned into sponsorship funds for aspiring teams, networks, or charities. An additional 5% of profits from every event we host is sent back to our product suppliers to continue to promote nutrition, education and communal success.

We carry a multitude of hand-crafted, high quality items for guests to browse. These items range from purses and bags, wardrobe items, custom jewelry, watches, sporting goods and art. A rich buffet of customizable options are always on hand for our clients and alternative items can be sourced if you have something else in mind. In addition, we offer a catering menu to tailor your event to your needs as well as audio/visual elements should you wish to use a video, powerpoint or microphone to present to your group.
