Ignite Evolution Fitness 3.83

Upstairs you will find our beautiful Yoga and Pilates studio for anyone to explore, with two separate rooms for classes and private instruction. There is plenty of natural light, historic vibe, open reception area and a bathroom. We have mats, blocks, straps and a variety of Pilates equipment, like swivel disks, foam rollers, flex-bands and balls; to keep the classes dynamic.

There is ample free parking, and we share the space with a Personal Training Gym which we recommend!

We consistently endeavour to be eco-conscious, help drive local/Canadian businesses to support our economy, and are actively involved in local charities.

Our mission is to provide a space from which one's strength is ignited, encouraged and supported on a path of personal evolution towards one's authentic self and belong to a community - our Ignite Evolution Tribe!
