- Provides quality service through professionalism, innovation and teamwork.
- Employs 52 full-time and 26 part-time Primary/Advanced Care Paramedics, 4 Superintendents, 2 Commanders and 1 Chief, plus Support Staff.
- Operates 11 Ambulances, 3 Emergency Response Vehicles and 1 Emergency Support Trailer.
- Maintains 5 ambulance bases located in Exeter, Goderich, Tuckersmith, Clinton, Zurich, Bayfield and Wingham, plus 2 posts in Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh ans Brussels.
- Responds to approximately 11,000 requests for ambulance service annually.
