Main floor has a large fully equipped kitchen for the cook in your family, otherwise you are walking distance to 3 restaurants: Memphis Fire, The Innsville and Mountain Grill, local fruit stands. There is a dining room and living room with a TV, office space with computer and a 4 piece bathroom.

Second floor has 2 cozy bedrooms: west bedroom has a queen bed, east has two single beds. A three piece bathroom.

Private parking at the back of the home. Picturesque back deck is facing the Niagara Escarpment and our small fruit orchard. Also a barbecue for the outdoor cook.

Location is on the start of a wine route. 15 minute drive to beach at Lake Ontario, close to QEW with a 70 km (+\-) drive to Toronto and Niagara Falls.
