Hourly Studio Rentals is a 4 studio complex which offers short & long term rentals. The complex comes with free parking, easy access to public transportation and free WiFi. The studios have been fully rebuilt with brand new flooring and state of the art wireless locks.

Short term renters such will be given access codes to a studio, as per their hours of choosing.

Long term tenants get their own studio space with the option of subletting to hourly tenants.

We offer prime time hour renting which is between 5pm - 10pm as well as regular renting from 8am - 5pm.
