Here are a few things to know:

In Stock - All my items are made to order. If I have anything in stock, it will be listed in my "Ready to Sell" Album.

Custom Orders - The majority of my items are custom orders. The customers are to thank for their creative ideas. I simply help make their vision come alive. If you are looking for something that you may not see on my page yet, feel free to message me with your idea, and I'll see if I can help.

Customer Service - I strive to for customer satisfaction and want to provide the best customer service possible. If something I have made needs to be altered or repaired, please contact me. I will be more than happy to fix it for you :)

Items can be picked up in Edmonton or shipped.

Shipping - Shipping is available. Prices will range depending on item and where it's being shipped to.

Completion Dates - When placing an order, I will give you a date that it will be guaranteed to be done by. There is always a possibility that it could be done earlier. With that being said, place your orders early to ensure you get the date you'd like.

Rushed Orders - I completely understand that things come up last minute, and you may need something done ASAP. If you do require a last minute order, there is a $20 fee. This will guarantee your item to be turned around within 24-28 hours (pending availability).

Payment Options - I accept cash, email money transfer, and credit card payments.

Response Time - In addition to sewing, I work-full time, so I'm not always available to reach. If you message me, I will do my very best to get back to you as soon as possible.

Giving Back - I am more than happy to give back to the community who has supported me. If you are looking for a donation item, please inquire within. All requests will be considered.

Last But Not Least, - I'm a strong believer in co-opetition (supporting your competition rather than competing with them). I think there is enough room for all us to be successful and would be happy to support other local sewers.
