We would like to help you make an informed decision of your home by inspecting and reporting on your pre-purchase or pre-offer property.

With our inspection report, you would be well informed of the existing condition of various systems and components. The need for improvements, repairs and/or upgrades required before you sign any legal documentation.

A typical home inspection package includes a visual inspection of the home's readily accessible features, major systems and components such as:

We encourage you to accompany our inspector to get the most out of your home inspection.

We also use moisture meter & thermal imaging equipment as part of the inspection. Thermal imaging equipment is able to detect what no eye can see - minor variations in temperature that can signal electrical or moisture problems

Completed reports are sent via email to clients as a secure link within 24 hrs (usually the same day). You can view or download the report in PDF format to your computer/tablet/ipad/smart phone, etc.

Our reports include a summary page, photos and illustrations, report on the findings & supplementary information, if any, about the recommended upgrades.
