My name is Mitchell Good and I am the owner and trainer of HS&D. I have been playing hockey for the last 20 years of my life and I continue to do so at a professional level. I am finishing my degree in psychology at Wilfrid Laurier University. My hockey experience include AAA minor, Jr. B for the Stratford Cullitons, CIS Varsity Hockey for WLU, AA professional hockey ECHL.
