Highland Acres Family Farm 2.05

We have always wanted to own a farm and our dream came true in the spring of 2013 when we moved to the family farm. Since then we have been fixing it up, making improvements and adding to our growing animal family. We have all heritage breeds which have been carefully researched and selected for their genetics and old, unaltered lineage. We currently have Highland Cattle, Narragansett Turkeys, Berkshire/Tamworth pigs and Jersey Giant chickens. We dreamt of starting a farm that raises happy, health animals in their natural environments and to be able to provide our family with natural meats and produce, fresh from our backyard. We want to be kind to the land and to the animals, who deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. After seeing the way many larger scale farms raise their animals, we have been concerned about the quality of the food we were buying in stores. We set out to provide fresh, healthy meat that has not been treated with hormones, antibiotics, or fed questionable feed and GMOs. We believe that all families deserve to know where their food is coming from and what is in it. We want the best for our family and would love to provide you and yours with the same.
