BEAUTIFUL ACCOMMODATION IN CANMORE:

The HI-Canmore, Alpine Club of Canada Clubhouse is a peaceful hostel with access to some of the best outdoor recreation anywhere. Set in a scenic, forested location off the highway situated at the bottom of Grotto Mountain overlooking the Bow Valley, just minutes from downtown of Canmore, Alberta.

MODERN FACILITIES:

The Clubhouse is spacious, warm and inviting with exceptionally clean facilities. We have two gas fireplaces, plenty of space to spread out and a relaxed atmosphere. The kitchen is very clean, well stocked and has commercial-quality appliances. The dorm rooms are low-capacity, sleeping 4 to 6 people per room and are very comfortable. Our premises is licensed and our two sunny decks overlooking the Bow Valley are the perfect place to enjoy a beer after a day out. The Clubhouse also houses the national office of the Alpine Club of Canada and our staff are always professional and knowledgeable. The hostel is clean, safe and worlds away from the crowds.

OUTDOOR ENTHUSIASTS NEEDED:

Canmore is home to world-class adventure in all seasons, whatever your pursuit. Mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing and scrambling can all be done out the back door from the hostel. The Canmore Nordic Centre, world-class ice climbing, resort skiing, and all the mountains of Kananaskis Country and Banff National Park are a short drive away.
