BIOGRAPHY

Hi, I’m Natasha Fall. I’m a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor and I am excited to be guiding you through your yoga journey!

I have been practicing yoga for 13 years and it’s been an amazing adventure. Being able to help clients open their mind, body and spirits to a new way of being is an enlightening, passionate and rewarding experience for me. Being able to guide you through your personal fitness and healing, whether it be physically, emotionally or mentally gives me great joy.

I’ve also always been mesmerized by all of you beautiful and strong women who take on the charm and challenge of motherhood. I feel honoured to be such an intimate part of that chapter in your life story.

If you had asked me 10 years ago if I planned to become a Yoga Instructor, I’d have said it didn’t even cross my mind. But through life experience, trials and tribulations, I’ve found part of my Dharma (Sanskrit for Life Purpose) and three amazing women, Dr. Sangeeta Bajaj, Jill McPherson (Yoga Instructor) and Michelle Cormack (Yoga Instructor & YTT Professor) are responsible for my taking this path. If it weren’t for them, I don’t know if I ever would have fallen in love with yoga. Come join my classes and I’m sure you will too!

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

Come out for a beautiful cleansing of your mind, body and soul in my weekly scheduled yoga classes :)

I will be teaching all kinds of Hatha Yoga from Room to Hot temperatures indoor, outdoor, private and on client location. I will also be offering specialty classes like, Prenatal and Post Natal Mom and Baby classes! Tell your friends and family, because as demand increases or I know of interest, I will begin scheduling them.

Last year, I was finishing my Yoga Teaching Training Certificate when I fell and broke my arm in three places. Thanks to a lot of support, I was still able to finish my certificate, so I am now a fully certified Yoga Alliance Hatha Yoga Instructor!! Yay!! :D It’s been a long, painful and rigorous recovery so far. I am still in intense rehab for it to get my full range of motion back, but am at a stage in my healing process where I believe I can start teaching again. I am so blessed to have such loyal clients and friends and I can’t wait to start the New Year with teaching again. I believe this accident if anything, will help to me to know more clearly what some of my students experience when practicing with injuries and how better to assist them. My hope is, it makes me a stronger teacher.

Now that I am certified and have moved from my previous location, I will be looking into new indoor facilities to teach my indoor classes in and have found a wonderful park nearby to teach the summer out door classes in. As of Jan 2016, I will also be teaching a Pre and Post Natal yoga class out Fitness Plus in Brampton, on Main St at Nanwood Dr. under In the Zone Fitness and Wellness, who offer a range of other great fitness classes such as Boot Camp! Check them out at Inthezonefitnessandwellness.com. My classes will be listed there as well.

I have not yet worked out what I will be charging for my own business’ classes as it depends heavily on the location, but I do plan to give a good deal compared to other yoga studios, plus you will receive a lot more hands-on adjustments(with your permission of course) and one on one attention in my classes. I will teach you to become more knowledgeable about your practice and to make adjustments or corrections on your own as well.

Each week, I will be posting a class schedule under an “Event” heading, for each individual class, depending on my personal availability. However, I will do my best to make accommodations if other times are more conducive to clients’ schedules. Keep watch for them, so you can sign up while spaces are still available. It will be first come, first serve. Don’t forget to tell your family and friends! You can write a review after class and share my main page on your timeline too!

I do ask that you be mindful of the fact that although there is quite a bit of spots available, they do fill up. If you are unable to attend, please let me know ASAP, so I can fill your spot, rather than waiting last minute or just not showing up. I appreciate the fact that life does not always allow this, but please respect it when it is possible. I would just hate to turn someone away because spots are full and discover that I could have actually had a spot for them. :)

Also, if you show up late for class, you are still always welcome, but please wait until opening meditation is finished before entering, so not to disturb other students' meditation.

My outdoor summer classes will now be held at J.P. Hutton Park, at the intersection of Madronna Gardens and Montoya Gate just off of my street, Edenbrook Hill Dr.
