Wendy is the founder of Hart Connection. She specializes in the treatment of relationship issues as well as working with adult individuals desiring to enhance their personal quality of life.

Her approach is all about showing couples how to reconnect with each other and in turn, transform their marriage into a safe and exciting place to be. She is open minded and direct. Wendy’s down to earth and sometimes humours style is combined with a tenacity to advocate for a healthy marriage and a vibrant life.

Wendy utilizes techniques from several well-researched approaches: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gottman Couple’s Method, and Client Centered Therapy. Wendy is a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist and works within the framework of the Imago Model.

When Wendy is not working with her clients, you can find her hanging out with her family, curled up with a book or two, writing, joining in on Urban walks, hiking (modestly) in the mountains, Latin dancing, and attending workshops and conferences.
