The Journey To Success

The Hamilton Family is a true example of the old saying Living The Dream! With a humble start back in the early 1970’s, Hamilton’s Auto Body Shop operated from an old 400 square foot garage in Dieppe, NB. Now over 40 years later, Danny Hamilton along with his wife Annette and son Brian can look back with pride as they remember the journey!

“The garage I rented was in such a state of despair”, Danny says “I couldn’t event paint a car when it rained because the roof leaked. I’d wake up at night and hear the rain starting and make a mad dash for the shop to do what I could to keep the car dry”. Danny had a vision and a plan, and although it wasn’t always easy, Hamilton’s Auto Body opened its’ doors in 1972 and began servicing its clients in the most efficient manner possible with what they had. Two years later, the shop was upgraded to a 2,400 square foot half-rounded onset hut-style shop, which was built on top of the old garage.

The next transitional phase proved to be the most interesting with yet another addition built right on top of the previous two in 1989, as you can see from the top image of this website. This gives Hamilton’s Auto Body a full 4,800 square foot state-of-the-art facility and provides plenty of work space for the eight technicians that are employed. Today, Hamilton’s Auto Body is a leader in the Auto Body Collision Industry.
