Green Needle Records 2.8

Slated to open for business March 2014, Green Needle Records is a large facility. 2400 square feet dedicated to recording and mixing.
Vaulted ceilings range from 14 to 20 feet high.
The building is sound proofed with double walls, detached grid ceilings on sound clips, air sealed doors with sheets of lead for extra mass, Double windows and exterior drywall and cement board siding.
Each room has a fresh air feed and return.
The 2400 square foot concrete floor is heated with in floor water heating supplied by a wood fired boiler in a separate room off the main building.
The rooms are as follows:
-Control room 430 Sq Ft
-Main Recording room 1060 Sq Ft
-Bright Room 105 Sq Ft
-Dry Booth 80 Sq Ft
-Large Kitchen with fridge and stove (suitable for recording)
-Bathroom with shower (suitable for recording)
-Gear storage and repair room
-Dedicated Echo chamber

***As of the fall of 2014 there will be a Cozy Cabin available to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably.
