Granville College's Veterinary Assistant (VOA®) Program is hands-on, practical training that will have you job ready in 24 weeks.

We developed the first Veterinary Assistant program in Canada in 1983 and have over 1,800 graduates working in clinics in Canada and other countries.

Classes start the first Monday in January, April, July, and October. Our instructors have years of experience in animal health care, and each students has the same instructor throughout their program.

The program covers medical conditions, diets, surgeries, parasites, vaccines, restraint, pharmacology, scheduling, grief counselling, radiology, veterinary software, and other subjects,ensuring that our students are well prepared to enter the world of animal health care with confidence.

Veterinary Assistant training is ALL we do. Our students are all like-minded individuals with a common goal - to make a difference in the rewarding field of animal health care.

Schedule:
4 Days per Week
Monday – Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m

Situated on Dunsmuir Street between Seymour and Richards, Granville College is steps from the Seabus, West Coast Express and Skytrain stations.
