Services:
Our role is to provide timely quality health care for minor illnesses and injuries such as cuts, bruises, rashes, minor infections, sprains, skin complaints and prescriptions when your family doctor is not available. This walk-in clinic is not designed to perform comprehensive care or be a substitute for your family doctor. All insured or un-insured services are not necessarily offered at Grace Medical Clinic.

The physician will try to accommodate more than one issue per visit, but it is preferred to limit each visit to one main issue. This will help the overall flow and allow you to be seen in a timely manner.

OHIP Cards:
Before your visit with the doctor, (if you have a green card) please check the effective and expiry dates on your card to ensure validity. All patients are required to present a valid OHIP card to ALL medical visits (photocopies, scans, etc will not be accepted). Patients with invalid or expired health cards must pay for their services in advance. If you show up without a valid health card or if your card is lost, stolen or damaged, you will be asked to make a deposit of $40.00 for a regular visit $80 and for a physical exam/counselling appointment. Please ask our front desk receptionist for further details about refund policy

This walk-in Clinic is for acute health issues only and will not prescribe any pain medications.

Please note that we do not prescribe or refill prescriptions for narcotics, benzodiazepine and stimulants or controlled substances.
