Gary. Now with MAXWELL DEVONSHIRE!, has had the pleasure of selling and listing real estate since he received his Real Estate license in 1997. In his first year of Real Estate, he won the "Rookie of the Year Award" and followed that up the following year with the "Stirling Award". In 1999 Gary branched out his Real Estate business to include selling commercial Real Estate. Again, working very hard and servicing his client's needs; Gary proceeded to be awarded with the "100% Club Award". In 2003 Gary joined Realty Executive Devonshire Realty Lethbridge , and has been a big part of this well known Brokerage since. During this time he had the opportunity to become one of the founding partners of Empire Homes Lethbridge, a well respected home builder, building residential starter homes, condominiums and premier homes. Gary learned vast knowledge of new home construction, it's processes and the design aspect. Gary has since moved on from Empire Homes focusing on resale with Realty Executives but takes pride in his expertise as a "new home" specialist.
